月桂酸-肉豆蔻酸-癸酸/膨胀石墨定形相变材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用超声波震荡法制备了月桂酸-肉豆蔻酸-癸酸三元脂肪酸共晶物,以膨胀石墨为基体,真空吸附法制备出月桂酸-肉豆蔻酸-癸酸/膨胀石墨新型复合相变材料。FT-IR、SEM和DSC的测试结果表明:脂肪酸与膨胀石墨间属于物理结合,具有良好的化学稳定性;复合材料的熔点为21.82℃,潜热值为121.5J/g,适用于建筑储能领域;1000次加速冷热循环后其熔点和潜热变化极小,显示了良好的热稳定性。由于膨胀石墨的加入,复合相变材料的导热能力显著提高,更利于相变材料的实际应用。 Iauric-myristic-capric acid ternary eutectic mixtures was prepared by ultrasonic vibration method, and lauric-myristic-capric acid/expanded graphite as a novel form-stable composite PCM was prepared by vacuum impregnation method. PCM was characterized by FT:IR,SEM and DSC. The results showed that LA-MA-CA was impregnated into ex- panded graphite pores in a physical way, the composite had good chemical stability. The melting temperature and latent heats of composite were 21.82℃ and 121.15J/g,respectively. PCM showed good thermal reliability after 1000 thermal cycles. The thermal conductivity of the composite increased sharply by introducing EG, which was conducive to the application of PCMs in practical.
