摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了负载Fe-Al的纳米TiO2复合金属氧化物Fe-TiO2和Fe-Al-TiO2;采用XRD、TEM和XPS对材料的结构特点和形貌进行表征,研究了材料的光催化羟基化苯酚制备邻苯二酚和对苯二酚的性能;结果表明Fe-TiO2和Fe-Al-TiO2在紫外光照射下均具有良好的光催化羟基化性能和催化稳定性。苯二酚的最高收率为41%。
Fe-TiO2 and Fe-Al-TiO2 were synthesized by sol-gel method and applied to photocatalytic hydroxylation of phenol to prepare catechol and hydroquinone. The nanoparticle metallic crystalline constitution, surface structure parame- ters,and adsorption species were systematically characterized by XRD, XPS and TEM. The effect of illumination time on properties of the product of photocatalytic hydroxylation was studied. Experimental results showed that Fe-TiO2 and Fe-Al- TiO2 had features of high photoactivity and high stability. The yield of the dihydroxybenzenes can reach to 41% under the optimum condition.
