摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、四甲基四苯基环四硅氧烷(D4^Ph)、四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷(D4^Vi)为原料,以乙烯基双封头(VV)为封端剂,在四甲基氢氧化铵(Me4NOH)催化下开环聚合制备了乙烯基封端的甲基乙烯基苯基聚硅氧烷。研究了原料配比、反应时间、封端剂用量对产物分子量的影响。实验结果表明:所制备出的乙烯基封端的甲基乙烯基苯基聚硅氧烷分子量在16000~40000,PDI%2.5,折射率较高(nD^25〉1.54);产物黏度随着VV用量增加而降低。
With the tetramethylammoniumhydroxide ( Me4NOH) catalyst, tetramethyltetraphenylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4^Ph ), octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4) and tetramethyltetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane(Dvi ) as raw materials and tetramethyl- divinyldisiloxane(VV)as blocking agent,a kind of low viscosity and high transparent polyphenylvinylsiloxane was synthe- sized through ring-opening polymerization. The influence of some factors on the molecular weight of the product, such as the dosage of blocking agent, the ratio of the raw materials and the reaction time were investigated. The results showed that the molecular weight of the product was controlled between 16000 to 40000 and the PDI was less than 2.5. The viscosity of the product reduced in stages with the increase of VV. Meanwhile,the refractive index of the product increased. (nD^25 〉1. 54).
