摘要
通过共混NR/SBR和吸水树脂制备吸水膨胀橡胶(WSR),研究了吸水树脂用量、硫磺用量、辅助吸水剂(PEG)等因素对WSR的吸水性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,吸水树脂用量30%,硫磺3%,PEG10%,增容剂(STAM)2%时,WSR的吸水倍率为939%,拉伸强度为4.21MPa,具有良好的综合性能。
Water-swellable rubber (WSR)was prepared by blending NR/SBR and super absorbent polymer. The effects of the amount o~ absorbent material and auxiliary water absorbent(PEG)on property of WSR were investigated. The results showed that WSR bore great property when the amount of absorbent material 30 %, sulfur 3 %, PEG10 %, solubilizer (STAM)2~ ,respectively,WSR's tensile strength was greater than4.21M Pa,waters welling rate was greater than 939~/00.
