摘要
设计合成了种双核酸性离子液体[MIM]2C4[HSO4]2、[BPy]2C4[HSO4]2、[MIM]2C4[PTSA]2和[BPy]2C4[PTSA]2,将其用于催化麻疯树果油和甲醇的酯交换反应,比较了不同离子液体间的酯交换催化性能,离子液体[MIM]2C4[HSO4]2的催化性能最好。在离子液体[MIM]2C4[HSO4]2作为酯交换反应的催化剂时,考察了反应温度、醇油摩尔比、离子液体用量和反应时间对酯交换反应的影响。结果表明:在反应温度为130℃,醇油摩尔比为12,离子液体用量为4%,反应时间为5h时,生物柴油收率可达94.8%。离子液体[MIM]2C4[HSO4]2具有较好的循环使用能力,循环使用6次后,生物柴油收率没有明显降低。
Acidic dication ionic liquid [MIM]2C4 EHSO4_ ]2,[BPy]2 C4 EHSO4 ]2, EMIM]2 C4 EPTSA]2 and [BPy]2 C4 [PTSA]2 was designed and synthesised,and the catalytic activities in transesterification of Jatropha curcas oil with metha- nol were investigated, in which [MIM]2C4 [-HSO4 ]2 showed the excellent catalytic activity. Catalyzed by [MIM]2C4 [ HSO4 ]2, factors influencing on the yield of hiodiesel were investigated following reaction temperature,molar ratio of meth- anol to soybean oil,ionic liquid concentration and reaction time. Results showed that when reaction temperature 130℃ ,too lar ratio of methanol to soybean oil 12,ionic liquid concentration 4% and reaction time 5h , the highest yield of biodiesel 94.8% could be obtained. The [MIM]2C4 [HSO4 ]2 could he recycled 6 times with only a slight decrease in activity.
