摘要
主要研究了酰胺类β成核剂在均聚聚丙烯中的形态结构。通过偏光显微镜发现在不同温度下,酰胺β成核剂呈现出短棒状、长棒状以及树枝状等不同的结构。这些结构将直接影响到随后的聚丙烯结晶形态,从而使聚丙烯在不同的加工温度下呈现不同的力学性能。还研究了采用β性聚丙烯制备自增强复合材料,发现在低温(100℃)下拉伸,聚丙烯明显取向,晶粒细化,固相拉伸后的材料力学性能大幅度提高。
The morphological structure of amide-based β nucleating agent in the homo-polypropylene was mainly studied. The nucleating agent exhibited different organizations liked short stick, long stick and dendritic in different temper ature by studying polarizing microscope. These organizations would have an influence on the subsequent crystallization mot phology of polypropylene. Consequently, polypropylene showed different mechanical property under different processing temperature. Self-reinforced composites of β-crystalline polypropylene were also studied. It was found that polypropylene presented a clear behavior of orientation and grain refinement after stretched under a low temperature of lO0℃and the me chanical properties were improved dramatically as a result.
