摘要 针对TiO2导电性能差的问题制得包覆TiO2导电粉,并与聚丙烯腈(PAN)共混纺丝得到白色导电纤维。通过SEM、DSC以及电阻测量仪对导电纤维进行表征,初步探讨了导电TiO2的分布状态及对导电纤维的性能影响,并对不同含量导电TiO2的TiO2/PAN导电纤维的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:ATO连续的、均匀的包覆在TiO2粉末表面,形成一个导电通道;随着导电TiO2含量的增加,共混体系的Tm呈现上升趋势,且含量大于10%后变化不大;包覆TiO2导电粉体含量的增加对TiO2/PAN导电纤维的电阻率有明显的影响,电阻率呈现线性趋势,纤维强力改善,得到所添加导电TiO2比例为10%时TiO2/PAN导电纤维的综合性能较好。 According to the problem of poor conductive properties of TiO2, TiO2 conductive powder coated with ATO (antimony doped tin oxide) was obtained,and blended with polyacrylonitrile (PAN) in the solution then got white conductive fiber. The fibers were characterized by means of SEM, DSC and the resistance measuring instrument, and the effects of TiO2 's distribution On the properties of conductivity fibers was discussed. Meanwhile the mechanical properties of fiber with different contents of TiO2 were tested. The results showed that ATO was coated on the surface of powder contin- uous and uniformly,which forming a conductive channel. And with increasing the content of TiO2 ,Tm of blends had a up- ward trend,and there was little change when the content was more than 10%. The increasing of the content of coated TiO2 conductive powder depicted significant influence on the resistivity of TiO2/PAN conductive fibers, and the resistivity showed a linear trend,and also the fiber strength achieved improvement. The study revealed that TiO2/PAN conductive fi- ber could have a better comprehensive performance when the ratio of conductive titanium dioxide was 10~.
