天然防污剂间苯三酚在低表面能海洋涂料中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 以合成的乙烯基吡啶改性丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质,在颜填料不变的基础上,加入天然防污剂间苯三酚,制成了含天然防污剂间苯三酚的低表面能无毒海洋防污涂料。讨论了间苯三酚加入后对涂膜基本性能的影响,分析了其抑菌防污特性。结果表明,间苯三酚加入后,低表面能涂料的基本性能保持良好:其抗冲击强度大于50kg/cm2,附着力为1级,漆膜与水的接触角为130°,但是其抑菌特性明显增强,抑制大肠杆菌环最小直径达到21mm。 The synthetic modified acrylic resin with vinyl pyridine as the main filrn^forming material, on the basis of con- stant pigment and filler,adding natural antifouling agent phloroglucinol,the non-toxic antifouling marine coatings with low surface energy was made. The influence of phloroglucinol on the basic properties of coating film was discussed,analyzed its antibacterial an tifouling properties. The results showed that after accession of phloroglucinol, basic properties of coating was good: its impact strength was more than 50kg/cm2 , 1 for adhesion, film and water contact angle decreased slightly to 130 degrees, but its antibacteri al properties were enhanced,theminimum bacteriostatic ring on escherichia coli bacillus reached 21mm.
