静电纺丝制备ZnO纳米纤维及其应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 ZnO是一种禁带宽度为3.37eV的宽禁带n型半导体,是重要的光学及电子材料。随着纳米技术的发展,ZnO纳米材料的制备及应用取得了重要的发展。其中静电纺丝是制备ZnO纳米纤维的一种简单且有效的技术,可方便获得直径为数十至数百纳米的连续纤维。因此,关于静电纺丝制备ZnO纳米纤维的研究越来越受到人们的关注。主要综述了静电纺丝法制备单一组分和复合组分ZnO纳米纤维的研究进展,以及ZnO纳米纤维在光催化、化学传感、生物传感和气体传感等领域的应用研究,并对其进行了展望。 ZnO is an important optical and electronic material. It is a kind of n-type semiconductor,and its width of hang gap is 3.37eV. With the development of nanotechnology,the preparation and application of ZnO nanomaterial have a- chieved important development. The electrospinning has been known as a simple and effective technique for conveniently preparing continuous ZnO nanofibers from tens to hundreds of nanometers. Therefore,more and more attentions are paid to the preparation and application of ZnO nanofibers by eleetrospinning. So, the research progress in the preparation of ZnO nanofibers waa summarized,including pure and composite components, as well as its application in the fields of photocataly- sis,biosensors,chemical sensors,gas sensors and so on. Finally, the future trend of ZnO nanofibers was also prospected.
