摘要
本文分析了自组织的概念,解析了在知识经济和互联网背景下,把自组织引入管理学领域的关键原因,即在颠覆创新的时代,组织要有结构化创新和自动适应外部环境的"迭代"能力。文章阐述了自组织区别于传统组织的显著特点,以及自组织的三个最核心的要素包括组织内部共创、共享、共治。
This paper analyzes the concept of self-organization,analysis in the knowledge economy and under the background of Internet,the key reason for introduction of self-organizing management fields,namely in the subversive innovation,organization innovation and to have structured automatically to adapt to the external environment "iterative" ability. This paper expounds the characteristics of self organization is different from the traditional organization and self organization,the three coreelements including co- create,co-shareand co-governance in organization.
