摘要
自组织是复杂系统的基本属性。本文论述了在不确定的时代,由于企业所处的环境发生了重大、深刻的变化,企业必须成为自组织面对技术和市场(需求)的双重不确定性,企业的"自组织"化,是一种战略上的必由之路:其一是以分布式创新应对技术、需求的多元格局,其二是以边缘性变革推动企业的转型,其三是通过机制设计触动组织自发、自为地演进成长。并进一步分析了,企业并非完全的自组织,企业自组织管理的四大核心理念是:分权型管理和自主型管理,平台型管理,整合型管理和文化型管理。
Self-organization is the essential property of complex systems. This paper discusses that in an age of uncertainty, Self-organized management is an important enterprise strategy to confront a sharply changing environment, it includes: 1.Using distributed innovation to cope with the uncertainty of market demands and technology development trend; 2. Putting forward marginalization reforms to realize enterprise transformation; 3.Designing management mechanism to motivate the evolution of an enterprise organization. And further, this paper analyzes that an enterprise is not an entirely self-organization, four core patterns of self-organized management are: decentralized and self-management, management platform, integrated management and management of cultural type.
