摘要
本文回顾了组织理论的产生与发展,及组织理论解决的核心问题如何实现组织一体化,并指出作为组织理论的延伸,自组织的核心还是要实现组织一体化。在结合组织的目的性、整体性和开放性三个基本性质对自组织的性质进行分析的基础上,总结了自组织的特点,并探讨了企业应用自组织理论实现一体化的关键举措。
This article reviewed the emergence and development of organization theory which solved the core problem of how to achieve organizational integration, and then pointed out that as the stretch of organization theory, self-organization, shared the same objective with it. Purposiveness, integrity and openness are the basic features of organization. On this basis, the article summarized the features of self-organization, as well as the key measures when the enterprises utilize the self-organization theory to achieve organizational integration.
