摘要
随着改革的深化,国家将发展混合所有制经济提上日程,企业焕发活力的同时越来越有能力将资源和精力投入到领导的开发工作上。什么是有力支持中国企业发展转型的高效能人才管理体系?本文通过回顾领导梯队相关文献,设计《企业领导梯队建设及其诊断分析调研问卷》,以国有大型集团经营的下属F企业为例,对其企业领导阶梯现状进行量化诊断和原因分析,针对其领导梯队现存问题提供了领导继任计划、新岗位评估、体验式评估培训和人才盘点等有针对性的建议,从而再设计高效能人才发展新路径。
The reform is deepening continuously, and China bring the Mixed Ownership Economy up to the agenda which empower enterprise to devote to developing leadership. What is the high efficiency Talent Management System that strongly support the development and transformation of Chinese enterprise. By reviewing related literature, this study establishes"The current situation of the enterprise Leadership Pipeline construction end its diagnostic end analysis survey questionnaire" The study takes a large State-Owned Group subordinates-F enterprise as an example, and diagnoses the current situation of enterprise Leadership Pipeline using quantitative diagnosis end analyses the causes. For the existing problems, the study suggests the enterprise to use the Succession Plan, the new type of Job Evaluation, experiential training end Talent Assessment etc., thus establishes a new approach of high efficiency talent development.
