国有企业的市场化组织变革:规范国企与政府关系的视角 被引量:4

摘要 国有企业是中国市场经济的重要组成部分,长期以来因其特殊的政商关系使其具有与普通企业不同的特殊性,即兼具政治功能。本文提出了国企的政治功能概念,分析了内涵及其表现形式。本文建议通过市场化组织变革,规范国企与政府之间的关系,淡化国企的政治功能,强化国企的市场化功能。 State-owned enterprise is one of the most important parts of China economy. Compared with general enterprises, it has special characteristics in term of the relationship between politics and commerce, in other words, the function of pohtics. In this article, the function of politics is presented, and the inner meaning and the form of expression are analyzed. It is suggested in this paper, that through marketing oriented organization change, the relationship between state-owned enterprise and government should be regulated, the political function of state-owned enterprises should be weakened, and the market function of state-owned enterprises should be strengthened.
