摘要
本文从培训课程开发过程进行思考和探讨,对中航工业新航集团特色的各类人员阶梯型培训课程体系的实践状况进行阐述,旨在进一步阐明企业培训课程开发对于支撑企业战略发展、助力员工职业成长的重要性,实现二者共同发展才是人力资源开发与培训工作中课程开发的终极目的。
This thesis analyses the logical steps of training curriculum development by thinking and discussion, and describes the exploration and practice situation of Xinhang Group AVIC characteristics of all kinds of persomael ladder type training curriculum system ,that is in order to further elucidate the enterprise training curriculum development to support the development strategy of the enterprise, to boost the importance of employee career growth. It is the ultimate goal of enterprise training currieulttm development to realize the common development between employees and enterprise in the human resources development and training services.
