摘要
解除劳动合同是劳动争议案件最主要的诱因,本文通过讨论两个解除劳动合同的案例,就劳动合同解除权的性质、行使方式、能否撤销撤回、是否会消灭等问题进行了探讨。
Terminate the labor contract is the main cause of labor dispute cases, this paper discusses the problems as the nature of labor contract termination right, the way of exercise, if one can cancel or withdraw the termination right, if the right can be eliminated, by discussing two cases of terminate the contract
