Roman Jakobson's Linguistic Poetics and Husserl's Phenomenology Philosophy

In the context of anti-psychologism linguistics research in the early 1900s, Roman Jakobson started his own structural linguistics research of integrity, intentionality and meaning which were based on Husserl＇s phenomenological philosophy. And then he applied this linguistic theory to his literary research, eventually forming phenomenology structuralism linguistic poetics. As a applica- tion-oriented theorist, Roman practiced and propagated Husserl＇s phenomenological thoughts by combining concrete linguistic phenom- ena with literary texts. His combination converted abstract to concrete and integrated philosophy to poetics, which are exactly the u- nique value and the key to the success of Roman Jakobson＇s structural linguistics poetics.
