摘要
在服务型制造模式下,将供应链知识创新的过程分为五个阶段进行分析,充分强调各阶段对于供应链整体核心竞争力的培养重要性。将供应链从员工个体、成员企业及供应链整体三个层面对供应链知识创新的过程进行深入分析,并通过知识发酵理论与三螺旋理论创建供应链整体知识创新过程的演化模型,从而从知识的创造与提升两个层面演化知识创新的过程。
In the service-oriented manufacturing model, supply chain knowledge innovation process is divided into five stages for analysis in the paper, emphasize the various stages importance of the core competitiveness of the supply chain as a whole. The paper analyzed supply chain knowledge innovation process from the overall three levels of individual employees, members of the enterprise and the whole supply chain, and based on the theory of knowledge fermentation and triple helix model to establish a supply chain knowledge innovation process evolution model, and thus deducted the process of knowledge innovation from the two levels of knowledge creation and enhancement.
