Citation-based Journal Evaluation Indicator: SNIP and its Modifications

摘要 2010年Henk Moed提出了一个创新性的期刊评价指标SNIP,2012年荷兰莱顿大学科学与技术研究中心针对SNIP的不足进行了一些改进,使之更加科学合理。本文将对改进后的SNIP指标(以下称SINP2)的计算方法和原理进行介绍,以期对我国期刊评价工作有所借鉴。 SNIP, an innovative journal evaluation indicator,was proposed in 2010 by Henk Moed. Some modifications based on SNIP' s deficiency were made by Centre for Science and Technology Studies of Leiden University in 2012 to make it more scientific and reasonable . In this paper, the calculation method and principle of the revised SNIP (SNIP2) are introduced to benefit the research of journal evaluation.
