中英文期刊影响力统一度量评价模型研究

Study of Uniform Metric Evaluation Model for the Chinese and English Journals' Influence

为科学比较中英文期刊的影响力,以中英文期刊的影响因子、即年指标、总被引频次、被引半衰期和论文总量做为统一度量评价指标,建立了一种基于U型法确定影响力指标权重的客观评价和专家主观评价相融合的统一度量综合评价模型,并计算得出了三个相关学科领域中英文期刊的实际影响力比值。

To compare the Chinese and English journals mtluence m a sclentmc way, tins paper takes Impact Factor, Immediacy Index, Total citations, Cited Half-life and Total amount of paper as a uniform metric evaluation index to measure. The establishment of a uniform metric comprehensive evaluation mod- el based on the integration of the U-type method to determine the objective evaluation of influence index weights and experts＇ Subjective evaluation, and calculated the ratio of the actual influence of three relat- ed journals.
