摘要
数控机床应用范围广泛,是集高、精、尖技术于一体,集机、电、液于一身的高技术产物,已经成为衡量制造业现代化发展水平的重要标准之一。数控机床,一旦某一部位出现故障,将会严重影响企业的生产效率和经济效益。在面对数控机床的故障诊断维修问题上,必须从三个方面入手:首先做好数控机床操作人员的技术培训,掌握正确的设备操作步骤和方法,避免出现人为性故障的发生。其次,要做好数控机床的日常维护保养,定期合理维护才能够最大限度地控制数控机床故障发生几率,防患于未然。再者,对于数控机床维修技术人员,要注重对数控机床的技术资料的存档,注重对维修资料的收集和维修经验的总结、维修技术的培训。

Furthermore, for numerical control machine tool maintenance technicians, should pay attention to the technical data of numerical control machine tool of the archive, pay attention to the maintenance data collection and maintenance experience summary, maintenance tech- nical training.
