摘要
高速永磁电机大多使用的永磁材料为烧结钕铁硼,其机械性能为抗压强度大而抗拉强度非常小,环型永磁体难以承受电机高速旋转情况下因离心力而产生的巨大拉应力。故现在高速永磁电机转子多采用在分瓣式永磁体的外面过盈配合套入高强度非导磁防护套结构。文章针对高速永磁同步电机表贴式转子的几何结构和工作特性,利用ANSYS有限元软件分析一台额定转速为14167r/min、180kW高速永磁电机转子强度,并根据分析结果确定防护套与永磁体间合理的过盈量。
High speed permanent magnet motor are mostly used for sintering neodymium iron boron, its mechanical properties for high compressive strength and tensile strength is very small, circular permanent magnet to hear large tension stress arising due to the centrifugal foree by high-speed rotary motor cases. So now the high-speed permanent magnetic motor rotor used in disc type permanent magnel outside interference fit into high strength non magnetic shield structure. Based on the genmetry and characteristics of the high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor with surface type rntor, analysis of a rated speed of 14167r/min, 180kW high-speed permanent magnetic motor rotor strength by the ANSYS soft- ware, and the amount of interference rational protective sleeve and the permanent magnets is determined according to the results of the analysis.
