基于Pro/Engineer族表功能,研究了深沟球轴承的系列化设计方法,解决了深沟球轴承的重复设计问题。该设计方法可以为其他零件的设计提供参考,特别是对于标准件和常用件的设计,比如螺栓、螺母、垫圈、键、销、轴承、齿轮、联轴器等标准件和通用件的系列化设计具有借鉴作用。

This paper based on the Pro/Engineer family table function, studies the series design method of deep groove ball bearings, solves the problem of repeated design of deep groove ball bearings. The design method can provide reference for other parts, especially for the design of standard parts and common parts, such as bolts, nuts, washers, keys, pin, bearing, gear, coupling and so on.
