遵义市农民工基本情况调查

在遵义市两城区随机抽取300名农民工作为样本,从行业分布、性别分布、来源分布、文化程度、收入状况、劳动合同的签订、工作时间、工作环境等几个方面对遵义市农民工进行了调查,调查结果显示遵义市农民工的现状不容乐观,依靠农民工自身的力量来改善其生存状况是很困难的,国家和社会应当重视农民工的生存状况,尽快完善农民工社会保障制度,切实维护农民工的各项权益,使其真正融入城市,这样才能有效推动城市化进程。
