文章针对新形势下黑龙江省对俄农业贸易合作现状进行分析,阐述了当前黑龙江省对俄农业贸易合作中存在的问题,为加快推进黑龙江省对俄农业贸易发展合作提出了相应的对策。

In this paper, under the new situation of heilongjiang province to Russia, analyzing the present situation and problems of agricultural trade between heilongjiang province are discussed on the problems existing in the agricultural trade cooperation, to accelerate the heilongjiang province to Russian agricultural trade development and cooperation put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
