对长学制办学模式下涉农专业课实践教学的思考

在人才技能培养最重要的方法即实践教学模式上,仍未取得突破性进展,特别是毕业生所具备的实践应用技能等方面与社会需求存在较大的差距,在一定程度上仍然存在"在黑板上种菜、教室里养猪"等亟待改革的教学问题,这也直接导致涉农毕业生就业困难与农村急需高层次农业专业人才的矛盾日益激化。
