机械加工中积屑瘤的预防处理研究

The research of Prevention and Treatment of the Devolop Tumor in Mechnical Progress

在机械加工中,常常在前刀面处形成近似呈现三角形状的积屑瘤,也称刀瘤。文章分析了积屑瘤的形成过程和影响因素,并在此基础上提出了防止积屑瘤的措施。

In the mechanical processing, often a triangle approximated devolop tumor forms on the rake face, also called a knife tomor. This paper analyzed the devolop tumor formation process and influeneieal factors, and based on this, proposed the measures to prevent the devolop tumors.
