机械加工工艺规程是组织大量生产、合理安排管理工作的重要依据。在新产品投产之前,首先要按照加工工艺规程进行大量的生产前准备工作;各个有关部门,要按照工艺规程确定零件的投料时间和数量,调整设备,调配劳动力等等;各工作地点也要按工艺规程规定的工序、工步以及所用设备、工时定额等有计划,有节奏的生产。

The machining process planning is an important basis to organize mass production and arrange the management rationally. Before new products put into effect, first of all ,a lot of pre-production preparations have to be made in accordance with the machining process planning; The relevant departments should determine the feeding time and quantity of the parts and adjust the equipments and deploy labor in accordance with the technology planning, etc. The work sites should also comply with the procedures , steps,equipments used and man-hour quota,etc, stipulated in the technology planning to work in accordance with some plan rhythmically.
