摘要
通过分析升力线理论、机翼理论及船用螺旋桨理论,来得到轴流式搅拌桨叶的设计方法。并把设计出的搅拌桨叶进行模拟分析,运用计算流体力学软件FLUENT,采用模型,利用多重参考系法,对搅拌槽的搅拌流场、固体颗粒浓度分布,临界转速以及功率因数进行分析。
Through the analysis of lifting line theory、airfoil theory and circulation theory of screw propeller,we can get design method of Axial mixing blade. Then we can analysis the mixing blade of designing numerical analysis. Using the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT, adopting the model, and using the method of multiple reference frame, we can analyze influence of the agitation tank mixing flow field of solid particle concentration distribution, critical speed and power factor.
