摘要
工件表面质量的好坏将直接影响工件的使用性能,尤其是工件的可靠性和使用寿命,因此采用有效措施严格控制工件表面质量尤为重要。文章从实践工作出发,结合经验,探讨总结,认为可以通过制定科学合理的工艺规程、选择合理的刀具几何角度和改善工艺系统的动态特性避免激振源等措施来提高工件的表面质量。通过实践检验,切削加工工件表面质量得到了很好的改善,达到了工件的所需要求。
The quality of the surface will directly affect the performance of the work, especially the work of the reliability and service life, so the use of effective measures to strictly control the quality of the workpiece surface is particularly important. Articles from practical work, combined with experience, explore conclusion that can develop scientific and rational process of order, choose the right tool geometry and technology to improve the dynamic characteristics of the system to avoid the excitation source, such as measures to improve the surface quality of the workpiece. Through practice test, machining the workpiece surface quality has been good improvement, reaching the necessary requirements of the workpiece.
