摘要
文章研究了通过添加适量纳米SiC颗粒,采用NiCoCrAlY合金粉末在GH4037合金表面激光熔覆制备了纳米SiC颗粒增强Ni基合金涂层,对熔覆层及界面区进行了显微组织分析,进行了1070℃下的高温抗氧化性试验及结果发表。
The article studied by adding suitable amount of SiC nanoparticles, using NiCoCrAlY alloy powder in GH4037 alloy laser cladding on the surface of the preparation of the nanometer SiC particles reinforced Ni base alloy coating on the area of cladding layer and interface microstructure analyses, carried out under the 1070 ℃ high temperature oxidation resistance test and the results were published.
