近年来,由畜产品引发的安全事故时有发生,畜产品质量安全愈来愈受到国人的关注。笔者作为最基层的畜牧工作者,在日常工作中,发现了诸多影响畜产品质量安全的因素。现就存在的这些因数一一陈述,同时提出或许不一定成熟的对策。

The author as the most grass-roots animal husbandry workers, in daily work, and found a lot of factors that affect the quality and safety of animal products.
