农业机械化是促进粮食增产的有效举措,是促进农民增收的重要手段,是提升农业综合生产力的重要基础,是解决农村季节性劳力严重不足的唯一路径,是推进社会主义新农村建设的重要力量,文章结合恩施市的实际情况,对农机化发展做出论述,最后分析出农机化偏低的原因。
