摘要
脱粒装置是联合收割机的重要工作部件,由高速旋转的滚筒和凹板筛组成,它的功用是对各种谷物进行脱粒,对机器的分离清选、脱粒质量和生产效率有很大的影响。而滚筒和凹板形成的脱粒间隙大小是脱粒装置效果好坏的一个主要原因,不同谷物和不同脱粒湿度对应有不同的出、入口间隙,将脱粒间隙设计成可调机构,可以实现更好的脱粒效果。文章主要用Creo软件设计了一种脱粒间隙的可调机构,并设置入口间隙的轨迹,用Creo软件仿真反求出口间隙的轨迹。
Seed-husking plant is the key unit of combine harvester, by high speed rotating roller and Intaglio sieve, Its function is to carry out a variety of grain threshing, and it has a great impact on separation and cleaning, threshing quality and production efficiency. The size of cylinder-cancave clearance formed by the roller and intaglio sieve has a great influence. Different grain and different threshing humidity have different size of exit and entrance clearance, so cylinder-cancave clearance adjustment mechanism is designed to achieve better threshing results. Using Creo soft designed a cylinder-cancave clearance adjustment mechanism, set the entrance clearance and reversed the trajectory of exit clearance by Creo' simulation.
