摘要 经过几十年的发展和改进,复合材料成型模具制造已不再那么艺术,而是成为一种更加稳定高效的工艺。相较于传统金属模具,复合材料成型模具生产成本较低,加工效率较高,且便于处理和存储,对于需要精确尺寸的高性能制件来说,复合材料成型模具与制件的热膨胀系数更加接近,在固化过程中,有利于保证制件尺寸的完整性。文章介绍了复合材料成型模具的基本结构和成型要求,研究并分析了模具的设计、制造及应用等关键问题,以供参考。 Mter decades of development and the improvement,composite materials forming mould manufacturing is less artistic, but becomes a more stable and efficient process. Compared with traditional metal mold, composites forming mold production has the advantage of low cost , high processing efficiency, and easy to handle and. store. For high- performance parts needing accurate size, the thermal expansion coefficient of composite forming die and workpiece is more close, which is good for ensuring the integrity of parts size in the curing process. This paper introduces the basic structure and molding requirements of Composite forming die, , studies and analyzes the mold design, manufacturing and application and other key problems for reference.
