互联网信息的传播与传达是农业推广的主动发出者,那么作为享有这些信息的农民、涉农企业以及附属的组织就是实际的接收者、接受者。接受者对于互联网信息接受的程度影响着农业信息的传播和推广。
The spread and convey of Internet information is active sender of agricultural extension, so thefarmers shared the information, agricultural enterprises and affiliated organizations are actually the receiver and accepter. The extent to which those who accept the Internet information affects the agricultural information dissemination and promotion.
