沧州市玉米机械收获水平研究

A Research on Mechanised Havest Level of Corn of Cangzhou City

玉米作为重要的食用粮、饲料粮、工业原料,其种植面积和产量一直在增加,玉米机械收获成为影响主要农作物机械化生产水平的主要环节,在农机购置补贴政策带动下,我市玉米收获机具保有量增长迅速,玉米机械收获率大幅增长。按动力配置我国目前开发研制的玉米收获机大体可分为四种类型:背负式机型、自走式机型、玉米割台、牵引式机型。以上机型在实际使用过程中,仍存在部分问题,制约玉米机械收获的发展,通过分析所存在的问题原因,提出相应对策建议。

Corn is an important edible grain, feed, industrial materials, and its planting area and output has been increasing,mechanised harvest of corn becoms the main part affecting the mechanization level of main crop production, driving by the subsidy policy of agricultural machinery purchase,inventory of corn havest machinery of our city has been increased rapidly. By the configuration of power, current corn havest machine researched developed by our country can be roughly divided into four types：knapsack type, self-propelled machines, corn header, traction type. There are some problems exist in Models mentioned above in actual application, which restricts the development of mechanised havest of corn,, This paper put forward corresponding countermeasures through the analysis of the causes of existing problems.
