摘要
进入20世纪80年代以来,全球范围内掀起了一场规模空前的信息化浪潮。信息化对国民经济的各个层面都发生着重大的影响。本研究从宏观和微观层面上,就信息化对劳动力就业的影响机制进行了分析,并提出了一些政策建议,以为理论研究者进行研究提供一些思路,并为政策制定者制定政策提供一定的参考。
Since the 80s of the 20 th century,The wave of informatization is sweeping through the world on an unprecedented scale. Informatization are making a significant impact on national economy. This study analysed the mechanism that informatisation influence employment from the macro to micro level, and then put forward some policy recommendations, on which theory researchers can rely to get some new ideas and policymaker can rely to make policies.
