A Study on Fusion of Campus Culture of Higher Vocational College & Enterprise Culture

当前,高职院校校企合作已经成为我国高职教育发展的一个基本方向和发展模式,实现高职院校校园文化和企业文化的融合,有利于提高人才培养质量,提升学生职业素养,促进高职院校内涵式发展具有重要作用。实现校企文化融合,需要营造良好的氛围、积极促进教育教学改革、搭建平台、加强制度建设。

At present, higher vocational colleges are making university-enterprise cooperation,which has become a basic direction of the development for the higher vocational education in our country and the development pattern, realizing the fusion of campus culture of higher vocational college and enterprise culture, is helpful to improve training quality of personnel, improve students＇ professional quality, and it is significant to promote the connotative development of higher vocational colleges. To real the fusion of university-enterprise cultures, it is necessary to create a good atmosphere, and actively promote educational and teaching reform, build stages and strengthen system construction.
