摘要
文章采用光学三维测量技术中较先进的结构光相移技术,研究精密轴承球体几何尺寸快速测量中的应用技术,包含轮廓识别、图像插值及滤波处理和球体标定等关键技术,实现非接触式球体几何尺寸的自动检测,改变目前球加工企业人工检测现状,提高高精密轴承用球检测效率及批一致性。
This paper adopts the structure of the optical 3 d measurement technology more advanced optical phase shift technology, study the application of precision bearing sphere geometry size fast measurement techniques, including contour recognition, image interpolation and filtering processing and key technology, such as sphere calibration realize non-contact sphere geometry size automatic detection, change the present status of the ball processing enterprises artificial detection, improve the efficiency and high precision ball bearing detection of consistency.
