This author took governmental inter-departmental cooperation in the field of employment in Zhuhai as object of study,through the collection of relevant data, field survey and depth interviews, and made preliminary discussion of success and shortcomings of governmental inter-departmental cooperation in the field of employment in Zhuhai,finding out the reason and putting forward the improvement scheme.
