基于知识管理视角的R&D实施影响因素研究

Study on the Influential Factors of R&D Implementation Based on Knowledge Management

本文利用实证分析方法,定量研究了科研项目组织知识管理能力与R&D实施的相互关系,提出了知识管理能力与R&D实施效率的关系模型。研究结果表明:知识创新能力促进项目进度,知识保护能力降低项目成本,知识应用能力提升项目质量。此外,信息化技术的广泛应用提升了科研项目组织的知识获取能力、共享能力和转化能力,使得这三种知识管理能力不再是影响R&D实施的关键因素。

It is validated by demonstration in a quantitative way of the important role that knowledge management capacity plays on R＆D implementation in a scientific research organization. Meanwhile, the influence model of knowledge management on R＆D implementation is advanced. It is indicated that innovation capacity shorts project progress, protection capacity reduces project cost and application capacity improves project quality. With the widespread use of information technology, acquisition, transformation andshare capacity are promoted in a scientific research organization and have never been the main factors influencing P~ implementation.
