摘要
改革开放三十五年来,随着科技进步和经济建设结合的不断深入,"科技金融"一词在政府部门被频繁使用,促进科技金融发展已成为建设创新型国家的重要组成部分。文章分析了科技部门在科技金融工作中的职能与作用,对目前科技部门开展科技金融工作的难点进行了概括,并提出了针对性的建议。
Over the past 35 years since policy of china＇ s reform and opening-up to the outside were launched, in combination with scientific ＆ technological progress and economic development, such terminology as Technology ＆ Finance is frequently adopted by the government, which indicates that to promote Technology ＆ Finance has become an important component to build an innovation-oriented country. This paper analyzes the function and role of science and technology departments in S＆T financial work. The author summarizes the current difficulties of science and technology departments to carry out financial work on S＆T, and some corresponding suggestions are put forward.
