桉树速生原料林管护模式分析

Analysis of Short Rotation, Fast-growing Raw Materials Eucalyptus Forests Management and Protection Mode

通过对泰格林纸集团股份有限公司、广西国有高峰林场等桉树经营企业进行管护模式调查,总结出"员工+农户"、委托、承包3种管护模式,并就此作比较分析,提出3种管护模式的适用范围:"员工+农户"管护模式适用于林地矛盾较少、人为活动较少、立地条件较差且已达到成熟的林分;委托管护模式适用于林地矛盾较多且突出、林地规模较大的林分;承包管护模式适用于林地矛盾较少、周边社会环境较好、立地条件较好、营林生产易管控的林分。

Evaluation of the management and protection modes adopted by Tiger Forest ＆ Paper Group Co. Ltd., Guangxi Gaofeng State-owned forest farms and by other eucalypt plantation enterprises revealed that management and protection modes could generally be assigned to three categories. Analyses of these categories revealed that： an ＂employee ＋ farmers＂ model is suitable for less woodland contradictory and less human activity, poor site conditions and the forest has matured; ＂commissioned by management and protection＂ model is suitable for large and prominent woodlands and larger forest holdings; ＂contracted management and protection＂ model is suitable for the forest, woodland, better surrounding social environment, better site conditions, forest produce and easy control.
