TRPM8基因敲除小鼠的饲养繁殖及基因型鉴定

摘要 瞬时型感受器电位蛋白(transient receptor potential,rrRP)是一种阳离子通道,它包括多个成员,哺乳动物中就存在三十多个,这些成员一般具有6个跨膜结构域,并以四聚体形式发挥作用。TRP离子通道受电压门控,而温度和配体则可通过改变电压而实现对通道开闭的调节,因此被认为是温度感知和温度调节的参与者。
