心脏骤停患者心肺复苏的护理干预探讨 被引量:20

摘要 目的:探讨心脏骤停患者心肺复苏的护理干预效果。方法:83例心脏骤停患者,均给予心肺复苏治疗和护理干预,分析患者的抢救情况及治疗效果,探讨复苏开始时间与患者预后的关系。结果:83例心脏骤停患者经有效治疗和护理干预,心肺复苏成功患者48例,成功率为57.8%。其中11例患者存活12-34h死亡,死于器官功能衰竭患者6例、死于继发原发病患者5例。即刻复苏患者的复苏成功率明显高于〈4min、4-8min、〉8min,〈4min患者的复苏成功率明显高于4-8min、〉8min,4-8min患者的复苏成功率明显高于〉8min,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:实施有效心肺复苏的护理干预可明显改善心脏骤停患者的临床症状和预后,心肺复苏的时间越早,患者预后越好。 Objective:To investigate the nursing intervention effect of cardiac arrest in patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods: 83 cases with cardiac arrest were collected. All they were given the treatment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and nursing intervention, then we investigated the rescue and treatment effect and analyzed the relationship between the start time and the prognosis of the patients with cardiac arrest recovery. Results:After effective treatment and nursing intervention, 48 cases were successful recovery by cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation was 57.8%. In these 48 patients, 11 patients survived for 12-34h after death, 6 cases died of organ failure and 5 patients died of primary disease.The success rate of recovery patients by immediately resuscitation was signiifcantly higher than that by〈4min, 4-8min,〉8min, and the success rate of recovery patients by〈4min resuscitation was higher than that by 4-8min, 〉8min, also the success rate of recovery patients by 4-8min was higher than that by〉8min (all P〈0.05). Conclusion:Implement effective nursing intervention could signiifcantly improve the prognosis of the patients with cardiac arrest. The earlier the cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the better the prognosis of patients.
