摘要 以浙江红花油茶为原料,采用3种不同的提取工艺,对3种不同的提取工艺进行优化。结果显示:对于超临界CO2萃取工艺,当CO2流量为20 L/h,萃取压力为30-33 MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间3 h时,油脂提取率达到92.09%;对于溶剂萃取工艺,当萃取温度选择60℃,料液比选择1∶5,浸提时间选择120 min时,油脂提取率最高为90.00%;对于低温冷榨工艺,当KOMET冷榨机的喷头口径为5 mm,加热圈预热时间为10 min时,油脂提取率最高为78.62%,且饼粕品质较好。 The extraction process of three different extraction methods for camellia oil from Camellia chekiangoleosa Hu were optimized.The result shows that the supercritical CO2 extraction method has the highest oil extraction rate as 92.09%,when CO2 flow is 20 L/h,extraction pressure is 30-33 MPa,extraction temperature is 45 ℃ and extraction time is 3 h.As for the solvent extraction method,while the extraction temperature is 60 ℃,ratio of material to solvent is 5∶1 and extraction time is 120 min,the oil extraction rate is as high as 90.00%.When the nozzle diameter of KOMET cold pressing machine is 5 mm and preheating time of the heating ring is 10 min,the oil extraction rate can reach 78.62% and the cake has good quality.
