循环冷却水系统节能优化的探讨

Research on energy saving optimization of circulating cooling water system

循环水与冰水是生物化工企业生产所必需的两种能源,并且其用于生产的运行方式也基本相同。两种能源的区别在于冰水的生产制造成本大大高于循环水,利用现有环境条件优化循环冷却水系统,将生产中的冰制造成本降至接近循环水的生产成本,以节能降耗。

Circulating water and ice water are both essential to the production of biochemical engineering enterprises,and their operation ways of production are almost the same.The difference is that the manufacturing cost of ice water is greatly higher than that of circulating water.The current environmental condition was used to optimize the circulating cooling water system,making the ice manufacturing cost approach that of circulating water,in order to realize energy saving and cost reducing.
