摘要
分析了以齿轮传动为主体的平转浸出器传动方式,采用齿轮变位的方法优化齿轮传动系统。依据设备设计制造实践经验,保证传动系统生产制造安装精度。设计完成的变位齿轮平转浸出器传动系统传动具有设备运行稳定和可靠性好的优点。
The transmission way of rotocel extractor with the gear transmission as the subject was analyzed.The method of modified gear was used to optimize the transmission system of rotocel extractor.The equipment design and manufacturing experience were taken to ensure the accuracy of manufacturing installation for the transmission system.The completed design of modified gear transmission system has the advantage of stable operation and well reliability.
