高校辅导员社会责任的构成及落实路径

高校辅导员作为高校教师的特殊群体,承载着来自各个层面的期待,具体落实着政治责任、思想责任、育人责任、知识创新责任与服务地方的责任。这些责任有些是普适性的,有些是职业特性所具有的。这些不同视角的责任对新时期高校辅导员责任品质和践行责任的能力提出了诸多要求。鉴于此,高校辅导员应该从工作理念、工作机制、工作方式与模式、工作内容和职业素质能力等路径上加以调整和再造,建构起落实责任的长效机制,以此推动工作职责落实科学化、规范化、常态化。

As a special group of college teachers, college counselors are carrying a variety of responsibilities, including politic, education thought, knowledge innovation, and serving local economic development, etc. Some of these responsibilities are universal, while some are of characteristics. All these responsibilities require the college counselors a lot of abilities to fulfill their job in the new period. In view of this, the college counselors should adjust and reconstruct their working ideas, mechanism, and modes, and construct a long - term mechanism of implemen- ting the responsibilities to make their job duties scientific, standardized, and normal.
